🚛 Driver & Owner Operator Opportunities – Midland/Odessa/Permian Basi (Odessa)

Sam’s Transport Solution LLC
Location: Midland/Odessa, TX – Serving the Permian Basin

We’re expanding our operations and looking for experienced CDL drivers and owner operators to join our team hauling oilfield and flatbed loads in the Permian Basin.

🔹 Company Drivers

Pay: 50/50 split (after deductions)
Deductions:
• Fuel
• Trailer rental
• Insurance

Driver is not responsible for major repairs, unless damage results from driver negligence.

🔹 Owner Operators

Pay: 88% of gross revenue (12% company fee)
Deductions:
• Trailer rental
• Insurance
• Fuel

✅ Requirements (Apply to Both Drivers & Owner Operators):
• Minimum 2 years CDL driving experience
• Must be 25 years of age or older
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
• Must communicate in English
• Must pass a drug test (DOT standard)
• Willing to work nights and weekends as needed
• Must follow all DOT regulations and safety standards
• PEC
