Offutt Against Drunk Driving Providing a safe ride home to members of Offutt Air Force Base.

OADD is a volunteer driven coalition providing an alternative mode of transportation to drunk driving for military members and their families. The purpose is to provide the members of Offutt Air Force base with an organized designated driver program offering safe, anonymous, and free alternative to driving while intoxicated.
