While capturing a rare rainbow cloud over OGS today, a Breeze Airways flight happened to be taking off at the exact same moment. Talk about being in the right place at the right time!

✈️💙 What a fantastic day at OGS! ✈️
We had the pleasure of hosting the Canton Central School Kindergarten Field Day at the airport.

With the tremendous help of Katy, General Manager of Treggo Dugan, Charlie Garrelts, Airport Manager, and our Airport Operations team, the students spent the day learning about aviation, exploring the airport, and experiencing firsthand what happens behind the scenes at OGS.

From touring airline ground equipment to watching airport operations in action, the students got a unique look at the world of aviation. We were even able to gather the students together with the Breeze crew and Breeze captain for a special group photo that they'll hopefully remember for years to come.

Their excitement was contagious, and one student summed up the day perfectly:
💙 "This is the best day ever!" 💙

Hearing comments like that reminds us why we love opening our doors to the community and inspiring the next generation of travelers, pilots, and aviation enthusiasts.

A big thank you to the students, teachers, staff, and volunteers who helped make the day such a special event. We hope everyone had as much fun as we did! 😊

More than 25,000 fliers have used the Ogdensburg International Airport so far this year and officials expect to double that number by the end of 2026.

🌸 Fresh flowers have arrived at OGS! 🌸

Sean spent part of today planting beautiful flowers around the airport to help make OGS even more welcoming for our passengers and visitors. 🌺✈️

We're excited to add some color to the grounds, and this is just the beginning—more flowers are still on the way!

A BIG thank you to our maintenance team for all the hard work they do behind the scenes to keep OGS looking its best. 💙

A new addition has officially found its place at OGS 💙✈️
Watching the finishing touches come together has certainly been something special.

🏛️The Great Seal of the State of New York 🦅has been installed on the front of the terminal, adding another meaningful touch to the continued transformation of Ogdensburg International Airport.

It takes a lot of hard work behind the scenes to bring projects like this together, and we’re proud to see another piece of the vision come to life. Thank you to everyone involved in making it happen!

Looking at these photos side by side really shows how far Ogdensburg International Airport has come over the years. From the original airport entrance to the brand-new front entrance and Great Room addition, it’s incredible to see the transformation. ✨

Every day we feel proud walking through these new doors and realizing how far we’ve come. We are even prouder to continue serving our community and providing travelers with the opportunity to connect to destinations beyond Northern New York. ✈️🌎
