Although working is important. So is your Mental Health. Make sure you are taking care of yourself too! Healthy Eating. Exercising. Healthy and Safe Choices. Proper sleep. Although it may not seem like you have anybody to talk to, there is always someone. Reach out and speak to someone if you're struggling. That load ain't gonna get anywhere, if you aren't well enough to get it where it needs to go.

It's October 1st, 2025. It's crazy how it'll be 2026 before we know it. But, my biggest question right now is how long is this shutdown going to last for our government? How many are going to go weeks without pay? What is that going to do to the rest of us, if they don't open the government back up? Banks close.

Trying to tie in the above with something about trucking but all I can think of is that we'll still be here. Trying for you when others may fold! We don't shutdown just because times get tough.
