This boat sat for 8 years but will be good with a whole fuel system clean and rebuild. New injectors will be installed along with a new fuel pump and obviously VST screen. It's amazing it ran, well sort of. These 150hp engines are inline 4 cylinders, and with water in the fuel we tend to see cylinder 4 with injector issues. Water finds its way to the low point and seems to make for injector failure. The fuel pump would make 47 psi of fuel pressure and once it shut off the pressure dropped to zero immediately. Sonic cleaned and with new parts should be good to go. As well as an oil change and gear case service with water pump.

And here is a quick tip, when did you have the VST filter last serviced on your fuel injected outboard? The mesh is so fine that even slight build up can be performance robbing! We can take care of your entire fuel system needs and keep your engine running strong!

Super clean Banks duck boat! Yamaha 60hp, inside she was ugly! Overheat issues. This boat was bought by a friend and brought to us to resolve the problem. A lot of duck hunters run shallow water and the sand mixed with salt make a nasty mixture that completely blocked the cooling passage to the thermostat.

Pulled it apart and was able to dislodge and flush it out. Servicee the gear case with new l**e, and a complete water pump kit. Full tune up and oil change and she's good to.go!

If anyone knows me, it's my personal favorite! We do it all here. Full engine tune up, gear case service with water pump, prop, wiring, some detailing. The trailer bunks and bearings are getting serviced along with lights. She will be ready for the spring when done and she is getting shrink wrap to sleep the winter away.

Unfortunately the air is getting cooler which means it's time for most to put their boats away for the season. If you are looking to have your boat shrink wrapped let us know. $17 a foot.

Also scheduling work for the winter months. Don't put off and go next season with the same issues. Or did something break and needs repair? Want to do that electronic upgrade? Now through spring is the time! Let us get rid of the electric mess and stress for you!

Don't "Monkey around" with problems while boating. This old Chris Craft is currently in the shop currently getting the wiring in order, new electronics, and sorting out some other engine issues.

Wow what can happen in a little over a month! We have been busy with service work at marinas and finally have secured a shop in Old Saybrook, CT located at 3a Center Road West Unit 1 Old Saybrook, CT. Right behind the Big Y plaza, off of I95. Boats seem to come in, be serviced and as quick as they leave another shows up! We are finally back up and running as 'Captain Carburetor ' has been turning out carbs left and right.
