A good time was had by everyone at the Fishing Rally despite a microburst thunderstorm that almost blew the tent away. Dan Hockaday received the RB Bernd memorial perpetual plaque for mens' biggest trout, at 13 3/4 inches while Teresa McCrary received the Judy Medford memorial perpetual plaque for ladies' biggest trout at 13 3/4 inches. Teresa and Mark got the "Billy Bass" award for allowing their bait worms to escape their container and ending up all over inside their fridge. Thanks to Charli Westerfield, and Teresa & Mark McCrary for hosting.

Congratulations to our members receiving their first 5-Year Star this year! The Washington Airstream Club is proud to recognize your dedication and commitment to the Airstream lifestyle. The Washington Airstream Club Board of Trustees welcomes these newly elected members to the WLYH Board of Directors. We are having a great time at the Lake Chelan Wine and Jazz Festival Rally - Washington Airstream Club. It's a little chilly today but we are looking forward to another fun day of music and wineries. Yesterday several of us enjoyed the groovy sounds of Airstreamer Danny Quintero at Radiance Winery. We then headed over to Layla's Bar + Kitchen for blues from the CD Woodbury Trio. We ended the evening with fire pits and an impromptu glow-up. The locals have been so welcoming and remarked how they love seeing all of the Airstreams in the park.

Thank you for everyone who attended the Walla Walla Balloon Stampede Rally - Washington Airstream Club. After some windy weather on Friday, we had two days of beautiful balloon ascensions. They even showed up during our Saturday dinner. It was so fun exploring Walla Walla and the amazing wineries nearby. Also, many thanks to our hosts at the RV Resort Four Seasons. What a lovely park! We even spotted a red fox behind the creek.
