The market has fully flipped, and shippers are already feeling it.

Our Founder, Liz Wayne, has been watching this shift closely. Here's what she's seeing: rates are up 30–50% depending on the mode and lane, and they're expected to keep climbing. As capacity tightens, service failures become more common and transportation providers get stretched thin.

Her recommendation is to stay close to the providers you trust, plan ahead whenever possible, and don't assume the lowest quote is the best option. Make sure there's a truck behind the rate, and expect your transportation partners to deliver on service.

Preparation now will make all the difference in the months ahead.
