Please Be Careful When Booking Travel
With everything happening right now with the scam travel agent situation, please, please be careful.
I will never ask for or take your card information unless we are actively making a payment, and I use an encrypted, secure site to help protect your information.
A few reminders:
Never Venmo money to someone you don't personally know and trust, especially for a travel booking.
If you're paying for an upfront service or expense, make sure you know exactly what you're paying for.
Always ask for and keep a receipt.
If something doesn't feel right, pause and ask questions before sending money.
I truly hope everyone affected is able to book or rebook their trips and, most importantly, recoup what they've lost. It honestly makes my stomach hurt knowing people are dealing with this.
If you ever need advice, want a second opinion, or need a trusted travel agent, I'm here for you. ❤️
