Business in Paradise: ILTM North America at Baha Mar 🌴

Our General Manager, North America, Christy, recently represented 1000MTG at ILTM North America in the Bahamas, where she connected with 54 suppliers throughout the week alongside several of our 1000MTG advisors.

The focus was on building and strengthening relationships on behalf of our advisor network, connecting with destinations, luxury hotels and DMC partners who help create exceptional and memorable travel experiences.

Last week, our North America Finance team came together to connect, collaborate and focus on the road ahead.

The team spent valuable time reviewing processes, sharing ideas and identifying ways to streamline workflows and create an even better experience for our advisors. What a fantastic week in Omaha!

Our sales, operations, and account management teams gathered at our corporate headquarters for a week of planning, collaboration, and team building. We spent time learning from our partners at Delta and Delta Vacations about new programs and opportunities for our advisors and clients, and discovered some incredible boutique hotel experiences from the team at Small Luxury Hotels.

To top it all off, we finished the week with a friendly Topgolf outing alongside some of our local advisors and our friends from Celebrity Cruises.

There's tremendous value in stepping away from our day-to-day routines to come together in person. We made progress on important business initiatives, shared ideas, strengthened relationships, and had plenty of laughs along the way.

Feeling grateful for our amazing team, supportive partners, and the opportunity to continue building something special together. 💙✈️🏌️‍♂️
