Ponce Trained Wrestling provides a various range of opportunities for student-athletes to grow within the sport of folkstyle wrestling. Coaching services provided are: 1-on-1 private & small group sessions, club & team practices, technique clinics & camps, youth social, academic & spiritual mentoring, strength & conditioning training, wrestling specific nutritional guidance, and wrestling schools.

Coach Orlando Ponce founded Ponce Trained Wrestling because of the positive influence wrestling has in the lives and future development of those who come in contact with the sport. The nature of wrestling teaches young men and women how to work hard and earn the confidence in themselves, respect their selves and others, take personal accountability and positively grow into current and future leaders in our community and society. PTW is driven by Christian based morals and beliefs. The corner stone of PTW is the Love and Power of Jesus Christ and sole purpose is to put people first.
