With the extreme cold we’re dealing with, we strongly encourage passengers to use taxis to get to doctor and medical appointments whenever possible.

Cold temperatures increase the risk of slips, falls, missed rides, and health complications—especially for seniors and anyone with medical conditions. A taxi provides door-to-door service, warmth, and reliability when it matters most.

If you have an appointment coming up, plan ahead and book a taxi rather than walking, waiting outside, or relying on uncertain transportation.
