🎉 5 Years Strong! 🎉

This week we celebrated our company’s 5‑year anniversary (May 8th), and I can’t help but reflect on how far we’ve come.

Our first year included working out of my kitchen and even conducting interviews in the parking lot of an overgrown field (which is now our home base). It definitely wasn’t glamorous — but it was built on determination, hard work, and a belief that we could create something special.

What this company has become is because of the incredible people who chose to be part of the journey. Your dedication, teamwork, and commitment have made every step forward possible.

I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built together and grateful for everyone who’s been part of the ride so far. Here’s to 5 years — and many more ahead! 🚀

🚛 Service Update 🚛

We are out running routes as normal today. Please note that some roads may still be unpassable due to current conditions.

Our drivers will service everything they can safely access, and we sincerely thank our customers for their patience and understanding as we work through the routes.

♻️ If you do not need service this week, please do not place your cart out.

📅 Adjusted Curbside Collection Schedule:
• Monday routes → Tuesday, March 17
• Tuesday routes → Wednesday, March 18
• Wednesday routes → Thursday, March 19
• Thursday routes → Friday, March 20
• Friday routes → Saturday, March 21

Please have carts out by your normal pickup time on your adjusted service day.

🚨 SERVICE UPDATE – WINTER STORM 🚨

Due to the winter storm, Harter’s Lakeside Disposal will not be providing garbage or recycling collection on Monday, March 16, 2026.

✅ Service will resume on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, with a one‑day delay for the remainder of the week.

♻️ Oostburg Transfer Station
The transfer station and dropoff facility will be closed Monday, March 16 and will reopen Tuesday, March 17.

📅 Adjusted Curbside Collection Schedule:
• Monday routes → Tuesday, March 17
• Tuesday routes → Wednesday, March 18
• Wednesday routes → Thursday, March 19
• Thursday routes → Friday, March 20
• Friday routes → Saturday, March 21

Please have carts out by your normal pickup time on your adjusted service day.

Due to snow and icy road conditions, we are closely monitoring the weather and evaluating how it may impact tomorrow's service. Safety remains our top priority for our drivers and the communities we serve.

📣 Trash & Recycling Update for Friday 📣
All trash and recycling routes will run as scheduled on Friday despite the extreme cold. Our crews will be out there doing their best, but expect slower-than-normal service due to the weather. ❄️
If you’re able to wait another week and don’t want to brave the cold, feel free to leave your cart in the garage until your next pickup.
