At Lambert Moving Systems, our success is built on generations of hard work, strong family values, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Few people represent that legacy better than Carlton Hunley III, our CEO and Owner!

Growing up in the family business alongside his parents, Carlton developed a passion for helping customers and understanding what it takes to make every move a success.

After attending college and serving in the United States Air Force, Carlton took over Lambert's day-to-day operations in 1973, beginning a leadership journey that would help shape the company's future.

Throughout his career, Carlton has played an instrumental role in:

- Building a Reputation for Excellence – Leading Lambert to numerous national awards for quality and performance, including being named North American Van Lines' Agent of the Year in 2012.

- Expanding Our Reach – Helping grow Lambert's footprint with three additional agencies serving Alabama and surrounding states.

- Preserving Our Family Legacy – Continuing the values established by his grandfather and parents while building lasting relationships with customers and communities.

As Lambert celebrates 100 years of service, Carlton remains proud of the company's history and excited about what lies ahead.
