Hi everyone! Thanks for all your love and support with my new business last year. Trying times right now for many. As I was answering questions for my clients on their future vacations it dawned on me that there are some that didn't use a travel professional to book their vacation. I am available to answer questions or provide some guidance for anyone who needs help. This is a challenge for everyone and we all need to work together to help each other. A year ago in a conversation over dinner, Scott brought up the idea of going to Disney and from that moment on I was all in. When I initially began the planing process I found the mere size of Disney and all the “magical” options it offers to be overwhelming. As I continued along and got more familiar, I found myself absorbed in the small details. Questions like what property to stay at, what ticket package to choose and where to eat unfolded a variety of choices for me. I downloaded hours of Disney podcasts to make good use of my hours in the car. I read blog after blog once the girls went to bed. I became hooked. Acting on a recommendation of a close friend, I contacted a travel agent who focuses on Disney, having heard the benefits an agent can provide. It turned out to be one of the best emails I’ve sent. I found myself in the perfect balance. For ZERO cost to me, I got to continue learning and planning while my agent became my advocate. She booked my hotel and ticket package, changed it when Free Dining became an option and made suggestions with the access she has. I can comfortably say she simplified our trip. These are the reasons why I have decided to keep making good use of my new information and become an agent myself! I’m keeping this all things Disney focused now as I gain knowledge in other spheres. To be clear, I am not giving up my day job, but this is a fun way for me to share my excitement of Disney with you.
