One Orlando vacation can include two completely different adventures.

Many families begin at a Walt Disney World resort and then continue their vacation at Universal Orlando or plan the trip in the opposite order.

Transfer day means moving more than the passengers. Suitcases, carry-ons, strollers and requested child car seats all need to travel to the next resort too.

Arranging the transfer in advance allows both resort locations, the pickup time and the complete family setup to be confirmed before moving day. Then everyone can settle into the next vehicle ride without searching for transportation between hotels.

Which would your family visit first: Disney or Universal?

Planning a two-resort Orlando vacation?

Message us with both resorts, your transfer date, passenger count, luggage and requested child seats.

Some Orlando vacations include more than parents and children. They include grandparents, cousins and the people who make family trips even more memorable.

When several generations travel together, the transportation plan should consider more than passenger count. Luggage, strollers, requested child car seats and any mobility needs all affect the vehicle setup.

Sharing those details ahead of time helps us prepare the appropriate SUV or passenger van so the family can travel together comfortably.

The night before an Orlando vacation usually includes one final check of everything.

Passports ready. Bags packed. Medications and childrenโ€™s essentials accounted for. Transportation confirmed.

Before your scheduled Majestic ride, your driver reaches out to confirm the pickup time, location and important reservation details. For MCO arrivals, we also review your flight information, destination and requested child car seats so everything can be prepared before you land.

Itโ€™s one less detail for your family to wonder about when travel day begins.

What is the one thing you always double-check before leaving for the airport?
