If you're in the mood for a little spooky road trip, this unassuming roadside haunt is definitely worth your time!!

We were lucky enough to secure some extra special VIP treatment, so we managed to do the escape room, watch some makeup application & chat with the artists and scareactors, and then we waltzed right in at opening for our very own scares.

If you love a good haunt, this one should be at the tippy top of your list. These scareactors gave it their ALL and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there!! It took us nearly 30min to walk through the whole thing. 🤯 Conga line? Never heard of her. For most of the haunt, it was just two of us feeling our way through the darkness with scareactors taunting us every step of the way. 🫣

Ironically, the ONLY place they don't do this is when we're at Universal. They run off and I try to keep up. 😂

Look, I love rides. I do! Can I be super honest right now, though? I don't go to Universal for them. Sure, they have Hagrid's... Velocicoaster... Mummy... Stardust Racers... Gringotts... E.T.... but they also have Celestina, The Beatbuilders, Blues Brothers, Bourne Stuntacular, and The Untrainable Dragon. My gosh, if I were standing in long queues all day for rides that last under 5min, I'd miss these incredible shows.

I've been visiting Universal since long before Diagon Alley were even a thought. I can't count how many times I've seen Ms. Celestina, but I can guarantee if I'm nearby and hear this songstress, I pivot and rush to her stage.

Universal is a FULL experience. Don't miss the shows!!! 👏🏼

Imagine a world where you can just text your friend and say "hey, I'm thinking about this vacation" and then your friend just *does* it all.

Imagine a world where your friend texts you on a random Tuesday and says "Hey, surprise! I just discounted your package and you're saving hundreds more now!"

Imagine a world where your friend has put together your packing list and maybe thought of things you didn't know you needed.

Imagine, for once, not being the one who has to carry the mental load of the vacation... So YOU can actually have a vacation, too.

The Deatheaters are a beloved newer addition to Halloween Horror Nights (newer = the past few years). Since they've been roaming the streets of Diagon Alley, they've been ALL the buzz. What do you need to know before you encounter them?

🗓️ Deatheaters ONLY roam this time of year, Sept-Oct. If you're planning a Spring Break trip for a Potterhead in your life, they WILL NOT see the Deatheaters.

⌚ Deatheaters DO come out a little early in the evening for Halloween Horror Nights. Their first appearance happens at 4pm, with Studios closing at 5pm. This means you do NOT have to be there for the scary stuff at HHN to be able to see Deatheaters! All Hufflepuffs rejoice!

⏰ Deatheaters appear frequently through the night, and will cycle through the same general routine. Ask a nearby witch or wizard what their schedule is on the day you're there, and you'll be set!

⚡ Deatheaters have a routine. If you know the routine, you're guaranteed an amazing interaction. Don't go in totally blind if you're wanting a magical moment!!

🤫 Deatheaters will not speak to you using words. Instead, watch their gestures. This is especially important with children; please give them space and don't let the kiddos run all over them!

🪄 Have your wand at the ready and you'll be more likely to be chosen for dueling a Deatheater.

The entertainers on stages in scare zones are SO fun to watch! 🥹

Tonight wrapped up my personal HHN 35 season. It's so bittersweet. Taking donations now to help fund next year... I think I should be down here for the entire Halloween Horror Nights season, all 2mo+ worth. 🤪

BIG NEWS for any of you who have done HHN in the past -- EVEN THIS YEAR! As of this week, we do not have to dump out our drinks at the security hub! What a game changer for me!
