Say hello to Marcus, our dedicated Long Haul Operations Manager at E.E. Ward. In his role, Marcus works closely with OTR drivers every day to keep shipments moving smoothly:

“I assign drivers to shipments, and they truly represent our company. Providing outstanding customer service and maintaining high quality on every shipment is my top priority.”

When he’s not on the clock, Marcus loves spending time with his wife, daughters, and three cats. He enjoys golf, and relaxing on the patio or by the pool.

Say hello to Deborah, a dedicated team member based in our Grove City office!

Deborah joined E.E. Ward 14 years ago, returning to Ohio from Maryland looking for a new opportunity in customer service. She found a home at E.E. Ward, and we’ve been lucky to have her ever since.

In her role as customer service manager, Deborah is all about the customer experience:
“I’m here to guide customers through the moving process, ease their concerns, and make sure every detail is taken care of. Moving can be stressful, so I do everything I can to make it feel more manageable.”

Originally from Cincinnati and Columbus, Deborah brings heart, experience, and a calm presence to every move she supports.

Though she works with our Ohio team, Deborah now lives in sunny Florida. Outside of work, she stays busy with DIY home projects, spending time with her two children and five grandkids, and spoiling her dogs.

What keeps her inspired after all these years?
