Don’t forget that party guests can enter as early as 4:00 PM, even though the party officially begins at 7:00 PM. That’s THREE extra hours to maximize your spooky fun!

🎃 Here’s everything I’m packing for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and why: 👻

✨ MagicBand – This is your party ticket to check in! Once you’ve checked in and have received your party wristband, map, and goody bag, you can still use your MagicBand for PhotoPasses and more.

🎒 Backpack, shoulder bag, diaper bag, or f***y pack – You’ll want something comfortable to carry your candy, souvenirs, and all of your party essentials without weighing you down.

🧼 Hand sanitizer or wet wipes – Between trick-or-treating, snacks, and attractions, these always come in handy.

👕 Extra clothes – Whether it’s a sweaty Florida evening, a spill, or little ones needing a change, you’ll be glad you packed them.

🌧️ Poncho, rain jacket, or umbrella – Afternoon and evening rain showers are common in Florida, and nothing ruins a party faster than being soaked.

💧 Reusable water bottle – Stay hydrated! You’ll be walking a lot, and you can refill your bottle with free ice water throughout the park.

🔋 Portable phone charger – Between taking photos, using the My Disney Experience app, and mobile ordering, your battery drains faster than you think. I also recommend packing a backup charger just in case your first one dies.

🌀 Portable fan – Even after the sun goes down, Florida can still be hot and humid. Whether your fan is battery operated or rechargeable, I always recommend packing a backup fan or extra batteries/a charging cable just in case.

🍬 Trick-or-treat bag – Disney provides one, but if you’re serious about collecting candy, I recommend bringing a larger bag to dump your treats into throughout the night.

💊 Tylenol, Advil, or Ibuprofen (plus children’s medicine if needed) – After hours of walking and carrying candy, you’ll be thankful you packed it. If you’re traveling with little ones, children’s medicine is always a good idea to have on hand.

Please, please, please take a rest day from the parks. ESPECIALLY in the summer! ☀️
