Really missing Diagon Alley this morning…✨

Do you want to have a view of Gringotts Bank like this? The best way to get this from this normally packed area is to do one of two things. Visit close to park close OR, my favorite way, stay on Universal property and take advantage of early entry. This allows you the ability to get into the parks 1 hour early. On this particular day, we had a solid 30-40 minutes of crowds this low!

Disney Fun Fact Friday time! ✨

Disney World is known for having incredibly well kept, clean and beautiful parks from the main guest areas to the ride queues to the bathrooms.

This includes some beautiful walls!

Most people who visit have seen the gorgeous mosaic art as you walk through the castle that shows the story of Cinderella. But, have you seen the other beautiful mosaic wall outside of the Land Pavilion in Epcot? It is as equally beautiful and both were actually worked on by the same artist. Monica Scharff, worked on both and I think we can agree that she is one talented lady! She did have help from her husband Hanns for the one in Epcot, but is alone is a part of Disney history in both places.

Well, it has officially been one year since I started my journey with Academy Travel! ✨

And it has, without a doubt, been one of the BEST decisions I’ve ever made!

To be honest, I was pretty nervous when I started last year. I had completed all the training, did all of the research, created all of the social media sites, talked to all of my family and friends, but I was still unsure. Would I be successful? Would people trust me to book their trips? Would I do a good enough job that people would reach out for my help? Those were only a few of a million questions I had going in. I had to book 6 trips my first year. Would I be able to do it?

Well, I’m proud to say that I have booked 20 trips in my first year and I’ve had the time of my life doing it!!

But, none of this would have been possible without you all! All of your support, likes, comments, shares, questions, bookings, and of course trust is what has gotten me here and I can’t wait to continue planning vacations for you all for years to come. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

One year down! May the next one allow me to bring even more magic to families far and near. ♥️

Did you know that you can do arts and crafts at Walt Disney World? ✨

Well, you can!

The last time we were there we signed up for mosaic art at Coronado Springs resort. It was a 2 hour exerience that was led by a wonderful group of Disney cast members. They took us through step by step, gave us plenty of time to work and it was a nice, small group of people. You can sign up for these activities on Disney’s website and on the My Disney Experience app.
