For a long time, my life looked full on the outside working in healthcare, but inside, I knew I was stretched thin. I didn't want another rigid career—I wanted time options, flexibility, and a business that fit around my real life, family, and farm.

Building a location-flexible travel business became my vehicle to freedom. Now, my schedule belongs to me. Whether I'm enjoying a quiet morning on the porch or making memories at Epcot, my business travels with me.

✨ THE NEWER VERSION OF ME ✨

She isn’t perfect…

But she carries wisdom, resilience, and lessons from every season she’s walked through. ❤️

From healthcare deadlines, long days, and always taking care of everyone else…

To building a business around travel, memories, and helping others create experiences that matter.

From constantly looking ahead…

To learning how important it is to slow down and be present.

From surviving busy seasons…

To creating space for family, creativity, and the things that bring joy.

And lately?

I’ve rediscovered a creative side of myself through coloring books and inspiration projects.

I’m still growing.

Still learning.

Still evolving.

But one thing I’m proud of today?

“What if your business didn’t own you?” ⚖️

You know what I didn’t want in my next chapter?

Another job that followed me everywhere.

I didn’t want to spend my evenings mentally carrying work home with me.

I didn’t want every day to feel rushed, reactive, and tied to someone else’s schedule.

And I definitely didn’t want to build a business that created even more pressure in my life.

What attracted me to the travel industry wasn’t just travel itself. It was the flexibility of the business model.

The ability to build something professional without it completely consuming my identity.

For me, Burnout to Balance isn’t about escaping responsibility. It’s about creating more breathing room inside everyday life.

It’s about:
✨ Having flexibility when life happens
✨ Building at your own pace
✨ Creating something meaningful without constant chaos
✨ Having work fit INTO your life instead of taking it over

That matters to me more now than ever.

I’m still building this next chapter imperfectly, slowly, and while juggling real life right alongside it. But honestly? That’s exactly why I share this journey so openly.

Because I know I’m not the only one craving a different way to work and live.

When I talk about moving from Burnout to Balance, people often ask me: "Noel, why the travel industry?"

The truth? I didn't choose it just for the vacations. I chose it because it was the most efficient vehicle for my next chapter.

Almost 2 years ago, I made a decision that shifted everything. ✈️✨

In February 2024, I started this business while still working my full-time career. I wasn't just looking for a "job"—I was looking for the time freedom to eventually live my life on my own terms, right here from my farm in Penn Valley.

I balanced both until November 2025, and today, Team Passport to Possibility is proof that you don't have to choose between a professional career and being present for your life.

What this journey has looked like for me:

Let’s talk about what leverage actually means in this business, because I see this word tossed around all the time, but most people never truly experience it.
