Updated Route info. Also make sure your RSVP for Truck and Trailer Parking. There is no truck and trialer parking downtown. We have lots reaerve yours so you don't miss out.
Cruise Route questions..
Orting is a WATV town.. so the whole town you can Cruise in.
We made a route for in bound folks that have never been here before. That way, you can get a lay of the land and go explore a bit. At the same time, you have trucks and trailer parking, and you can visit the down town store fronts, restaurants, and coffee shops (some of the best around)!
Along with UTV Cruise parking at the main park car show style and enjoy the festivities.
Routes
1st loop
1.5 miles roughly downtown in a big circle that gets you to all the business, but 1.. it's off the beaten path a bit but worth the 2 min drive that is the L&M Firehouse. It's a bar and restaurant just a 1/4 mile from the park(pit area)
2nd loop
We added, once again, knowing lots of people are not from the area. This takes you just outside of town, over Puyallup River, and down its western bank. There are some turnouts you can take a break along the river bank. Then
out around the farms and rural area and back to the main HWY, that's about 4 mile addition from downtown.
3rd Route
We have 1 last addition we have now confirmed as of 10-13-26 WA. STATE. OLD SOLDIERS HOME. After you hit the main road again, you can turn left back to town, or you turn right to continue to the Old Soldiers Home. It will be a loop through the Soldiers Home parking lot and back out. You will have an audience of our retired Heros. Let them know they are special. When you leave, you return to town in pretty much a striaght line.
If you run the whole route, it's roughly 8 miles. You can look up on Google or your other map programs. There are plenty of road ways you can drive on as WATV. Come enjoy, and explore.
This event is the 1st of its kind and the 1st year of here in Orting. We are hoping everyone has a good time and we can do it again next year.
