How do you pay to ride GO Transit? There are three easy options, you can choose what's best for you!

1. UMO App 📱
Pay your fare right from your phone using a credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

2. WisGo Card 🪪
Buy and reload a WisGo card at GO Transit, City Hall and the Oshkosh Public Library. WisGo cards can also be reloaded at participating local retailers.

3. Cash 💵
Cash is always an option when boarding the bus. Just remember to bring exact change — our drivers do not carry change. Cash fares also do not include transfers or fare capping.

DETOUR UPDATE ⚠️ Routes #5 & #6 effective today, 10/9/26, from 5pm-6pm.

The intersection of Witzel Ave. & Josslyn St. will be closed for one hour tonight for a parade.

Route #5 Detour Details:
Turn left onto Sawyer St., to Pierce Ave., right on Pierce Ave., to Bauman St., right onto Bauman St., to Taft Ave., left onto Taft Ave., continue onto Campbell Rd., to Witzel Ave., left on Witzel Ave. Stops on route #5 south of Taft Ave., and on Witzel Ave., will not be serviced until full access to Witzel Ave. is available.

Route #6 Detour Details:
After the FVTC stop, Route #6 will turn right on Campbell Rd., continue onto Taft Ave., to Bauman St., right on Bauman St., to Pierce Ave., left on Pierce Ave., to Sawyer St., left on Sawyer St., to Southland Ave., right on Southland Ave. Stops on route #6 at Verve CU, Knapp St., and N Sawyer St. will not be serviced until full access to Witzel Ave. is available.

UPCOMING DETOURS UPDATE ⚠️

Oshkosh West High School and Oshkosh North High School are having their homecoming parades this Friday, October 2. Please be aware of the following detours effective during the parade and until the roadways are cleared and reopened. Download the GO Transit app for live updates on detours and route changes.

Route #2 Detour – Buses will service Pick N Save on Jackson St, LEFT on Viola Ave, LEFT on Wisconsin St, RIGHT on Murdock Ave, RIGHT on Vinland St, LEFT on Linwood Ave back to regular routing. Stops along SMITH AVE will be closed during the event. Passengers should board/alight at the Pick N Save shelter, corner of Viola/Wisconsin or Vinland/Linwood.

Route #4 Detour – Buses will exit the St Vincent de Paul lot and travel south on Jackson Street to regular routing at Jackson St and Linwood Ave. Stops at North HS, Vinland St and stops along Linwood Ave (between Vinland St and Jackson St) will not be serviced during the event. Passengers can board/alight on Route #2 at Vinland St and Route #4 at Jackson St/Smith Ave or Jackson St/Linwood Ave.

Route #5 Detour – Buses will leave the transfer point and detour LEFT on Westfield St to Oshkosh Ave, RIGHT on Oshkosh Ave to Sawyer St, RIGHT on Sawyer St to regular inbound route at Sawyer/Taft. Inbound stops on Westfield and Taft will be closed during the event.

Route #6 Detour – Buses will remain on Witzel Ave during the event. Stops at Lourdes/Sawyer, Southland Ave, West HS and along Eagle St will be closed during the event. Passengers can board/alight on Witzel Ave/Eagle St near the current stop.
