Tracking freight
Ensuring routes are completed in a timely manner
Assist with compliance of all local, state, federal, and company regulations
Monitoring and enforcing safety standards
Ensuring DOT compliance
Receive incoming calls from customers and have the knowledge to assist with their request
Engaging customer service
Act as an emergency contact for drivers and communicate driver needs
Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they occur
Maintain a positive attitude
Additional duties as situations arise
