Effective Wednesday October 1st. Pakmail will resume normal business hours. Extended hours have been in place since the start of the school year to handle the large volume of packages received and mail box rental request. Volumes have returned to normal and the wait times are minimal
for package pickup at Brown and services at Crosby. All box holders are being emailed when mail is available.

A service reminder: Service commitment for packages is to be available for pickup by student by end of business day received by Pakmail. Pakmail starts receiving and sorting packages and mail at approximately 10:00am. Packages and mail are scanned and email notifications are sent as they are being sorted starting at 10:00am and completed no later than 3:00pm.

Pakmail hours at Crosby and Brown are:
M-F 9:00am - 6:00pm
Sat 10:00am - 2:00pm

For our incoming freshmen (and anyone else who want in on it), we will be offering a move in service to help out with the moving in process! We make it quick, easy, and painless and take away the hassle of having to fight through traffic, wrestling with boxes, and all the minutia involved with getting your student moved into a dorm or apartment! If you have any questions about it, please feel encouraged to give us a call or send us an email about it!

Continuing from Saturdays post, we have had a variety of questions about our new mailboxes on the campus of University of Mississippi ~ Ole Miss, such as:

Q: How much is it for a box?
A: Small is $56, Medium is $74, Large is $132 before a $20 setup fee. So $76, $94 and $152

Q: What sizes are available?
A: We have small, medium, and large. Currently, we only have Smalls available at Crosby Hall

Q: Will you deliver mail to a student’s dorm room?
A: No, there will be too many students living on campus to make delivery feasible

While in the process of opening our new branch on the campus of University of Mississippi ~ Ole Miss, we have been asked a few common questions, such as:

Q: If I send a package that doesn't fit in the box, will you send it back?
A: No, we will place a note in the box which will tell the recipient that a package is awaiting them behind the counter.

Q: What will the address be?
A: Pakmail, ATTN: Student, 115 Northgate Dr PMB # # # #, University, MS, 38677

Q: Can I receive mail on campus without a mailbox?
A: No. The UM Department of Housing will not allow mail deliveries on campus except to a university department for official school business.

We're very excited to announce that we will soon be opening up a location on the Ole Miss campus. We've been given the privilege of setting up our shop in Crosby Hall just down the hill from the Student Union! We're opening up in Mid-July, so come by and see us at our new location!

This is a hartebeest head and an oriental rug going to San Antonio, TX. Total weight was around 315lbs, and was the largest (area wise) crate we've built to date! It called for some special consideration because the head would've been crushed by the rug if it was in the same compartment. So, the final design had a space on the bottom of the crate for the rug, while the top part braced the head so that it would not move no matter what happens to it.
