Old Bait House in Paducah, KY is looking for a full-time Marine Technician/Mechanic to join our team!

If you’re mechanically inclined, dependable, and enjoy working on boats and outboards, we want to talk to you.

🔧 What we offer:
• Full-time — 40 hours per week
• Hourly pay + commission on parts installed
• 2 weeks paid vacation after 90-day probation
• Retirement plan
• Accident insurance
• Paid lunches
• Clothing allowance
• Heated & air-conditioned shop
• Steady work with a growing dealership

⚙️ What we’re looking for:
• Marine/mechanical experience preferred
• Basic hand tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Dependable and willing to work
