Mesa County Fair Friends & Families:

Three 7's Photography has officially finished your photos!

Over the next few days, we'll be emailing you all a link, where you can download and use your images however you'd like. The photos are perfect for thank-you cards, keepsakes, prints, or sharing on social media. If you plan to use the images for anything other than social media, we're happy to provide versions without the Three 7's Photography and JR's Carriage Service logo upon request.

To all of the youth participants: We are incredibly proud of the hard work, dedication, and commitment you demonstrated throughout this year's fair. It was an honor for JR's Carriage Service and Three 7's Photography to capture these special memories, and we hope these photos help you celebrate all you've accomplished.

Mesa County Fair Families, thank you for being part of this project! As a reminder, JR's Carriage Service partnered with Three 7's Photography to provide complimentary professional photos of Mesa County 4-H youth and their projects. Our goal was to create fun, unique images that celebrate all of the hard work put into your projects while giving you photos you can enjoy for years to come.

Ali Briggs is hard at work editing all of photos she captured. We truly appreciate everyone's patience and flexibility as we worked through so many amazing youth and projects in such a short amount of time.

That said. . . we're too excited to keep everything to ourselves! We just had to share a little teaser of how this project is turning out.

Three 7's Photography did not disappoint! We can't wait to share the full gallery with all of you. Thank you again for allowing us to be a small part of your Mesa County Fair experience!

Our team put together fun Mesa County Fair survival bags for all the youth that marketed their livestock animals to JR's Carriage Service. Parents, next year we are doing bags for you!

Friends: You know me (JR), you know how much I look forward to sharing weekends with our guests. Canceling tours is never an easy decision, but it's the right one.

With this weekend's temperatures expected to exceed 100 degrees, I have canceled all JR's Carriage Service tours and scheduled events for Saturday and Sunday (7/11 - 7/12).

Our Horse Health and Safety Policy has always been simple: when temperatures exceed 100 degrees, we do not operate. My horses are my greatest asset and they have given so much to this business and to our guests over the years, and they deserve to be protected. The same goes for our incredible guides and everyone who chooses to spend time with us.

Online reservations have been closed, and every guest scheduled for this weekend has been contacted and refunded.

Thank you for your understanding, your support, and for trusting us to always put the welfare of our horses first. Here's to hoping for cooler temperatures, cleaner air, and some much needed rain.
