🎉 Congratulations to Noah B on his promotion to Lead Driver! 👏

Noah has been with Blink for just 7 months, and he’s already made a HUGE impact! 💥 He’s kind, outgoing, and great at recognizing people’s strengths and growth opportunities. On top of that, he brings a consistently positive attitude, it’s honestly rare to catch him without a smile!

Since joining Blink, Noah says his favorite part has been the team. He appreciates how every person brings something unique, and how strong the culture is across the board.

In his new position as a Lead Driver, Noah will support our drivers while on route, lightening the laid on routes, delivering fresh equipment when needed, and doing van swaps when our vans run low. In addition to all of that, he will help train our new drivers and support team needs where necessary. 🔧📦

Noah is especially excited to work more closely with the leadership team, learn from them, and continue growing in his role. He’s looking forward to gaining more insight into the behind-the-scenes of Blink and leveling up his skills. 📈

👋 Happy Memorial Day from us at Blink! ⭐

Today, our Blink team gathered for a good old-fashioned BBQ 🍔, sharing good food, laughter, and time together. But Memorial Day is about so much more than the unofficial start of summer.☀️

Today, we pause to honor and remember the BRAVE men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. 🎖️🦅 Their sacrifice made so much of what we enjoy possible, and their courage will never be forgotten.

At Blink, we are especially grateful for the veterans on our team. Thank you for your service, sacrifice, and the example you set every day. Some current and former veteran employees are pictured below. 👇

We recognize that Memorial Day can also be deeply personal, a time to remember loved ones who never made it home.

🎉 Congrats to Ryan V, Grand Island’s April Frontrunner of the Month! 🥳

Ryan has been with Blink for just 6 months and has already become a BIG part of the team! He brings a positive attitude every day and represents Blink well on and off route. 👏

While delivering, Ryan is not just a Driver, but an animal whisperer too! 🐮🐱 Recently, he got surprisingly close to some cows roaming around a customer’s property, and as you can see in the photo below, they seemed pretty comfortable! 👇 Another time, a stray kitten hopped into his van to hang out for a bit. Safe to say our furry friends are big fans of Ryan!

One of Ryan’s favorite parts about working at Blink is the close-knit atmosphere in Grand Island. The leadership team makes work fun, and he enjoys getting to visit new towns and cities throughout the day. Plus, getting to see cats and dogs on route is always a bonus! 🐶🐱

For Ryan, the perfect route includes good music, a cold Celsius, and a solid lunch break!🔥 "Hear, hear!!" 🥂

🎉 Congrats to Julian R, Omaha’s April Frontrunner of the Month! 🎉

Julian has been with Blink for 6 months and has consistently been one of our top Drivers! 🚚📦 His favorite season to deliver is Fall, because of Nebraska’s colorful scenery and perfect weather. He also says Nebraska sunsets are “hard to beat,” and honestly… he’s right! Check out the sunset photo below. 👇📸 (Credit to Blink Dispatcher Shelly for capturing that awesome sunset!)

One unexpected part of the job? Seeing all the random things people leave in their yards. 😂 Julian says he’s spotted nearly any house appliance you can name (even toilets 🚽) while on route. Delivering for Blink might just double as a treasure hunt for spare parts! Haha!

To stay energized throughout the day, Julian keeps the house music and alternative playlists rolling 🎶🏃‍♂️💨 A good playlist and solid weather can make any route SHINE! ✨

🌍 The results are in… and we can officially say Adrian T REALLY knows Blink’s Delivery Area! 🗺️🎯

Congratulations to Adrian, the WINNER of the Blink Logistics Geo Guesser Challenge! 🏆

Adrian scored an almost perfect score, getting 49,989 out of 50,000 possible points! 🤯 He said he spent about 1½ hours carefully analyzing each location to make the most accurate guesses possible. Safe to say, this guy could probably find a delivery stop blindfolded 😂📦

Huge shoutout to everyone who participated. You all made this a lot of fun, and it was awesome seeing everyone’s competitive side shine! 👏

🎉 Congratulations to Tim O on his promotion to Dispatcher! 🎉

Tim has been part of Blink for 2½ years, and in that time he’s become someone who truly lifts up the entire team. He leads by example, brings constant encouragement, and stays humble, always giving credit to the people who helped him along the way.

One thing Tim emphasizes is learning from failure. Whether it’s a new role, route, or task, he understands you won’t be perfect at first, and that’s okay. Instead of letting mistakes hold you back, he sees them as stepping stones to getting better. That mindset is what keeps you moving forward and improving every day. Understand that you’ll make mistakes, but that, at the end of the day, you can accomplish the task set before you!

His favorite part about working at Blink is the freedom to find your own rhythm and approach to the job. Everyone delivers differently, and Tim enjoys figuring out what works best for him, while always keeping safety first.

As a Dispatcher, Tim is excited to learn the operations side of Blink, and to adapt to the constant changes that come from being a partner to Amazon. It definitely keeps things interesting! His biggest goal is to make sure Driver voices are heard and to help set them up for success. As we continue to grow, keeping our Drivers supported and thriving is what matters most!

Fun fact, Tim competes in local frisbee golf tournaments, and that third photo shows him in action! 🥏WHOOSSHH!! 🥏

🚨 We are excited to announce that our very own Shelly is now a dispatcher!! 🎉

Shelly has been a part of blink for 3½ years, serving as both a driver and then a lead driver. Shelly is always friendly and brings a positive attitude that meshes really well with our company values. No matter what challenge or obstacle the day brings, Shelly is always able to face it with a smile on her face! 😃👍

She told me that “your day is only as good as you make it. A positive attitude and mindset can set the tone for a great day,” and it’s a blessing to the people around you since you never know what they're going through. 🚚💨

Shelly’s FAVORITE part about working at 👉 Blink is getting to meet so many new people all the time. She says that every person working at Blink is “unique in their own way!” Another bonus for her, as a driver, was seeing the smile on customer’s faces when they get their package. 🤝📦

As a Dispatcher, Shelly will prepare the routes for the day, coordinate where to send our sweepers to support our Drivers on the road, and will serve as the main support for our entire team day-to-day. 👊 In this new role, Shelly is excited to see how she can improve the flow of our work each day, with a fresh perspective on operations. She is also excited to spread joy to the team and support people through the chaotic moments of running logistics! ✨

🎃 Fun fact about Shelly… Halloween is her favorite holiday. She loves dressing up and her wedding happened on Halloween in 2023! 💍 In the second picture of her, she is wearing a Chucky outfit at work to celebrate the Holiday!

Denon has been with Blink for 7 months, and he consistently shows up with a positive attitude and a smile that makes a difference on every route.

Out on the road, Denon keeps the energy up by listening to the Final Fantasy Original Soundtrack! 🎶 Now that’s some main-character energy! 🗡️✨

Denon shared that one thing people might not realize about the job is that it’s just as mentally challenging as it is physical. Tough routes and small setbacks can add up, but he’s learned that keeping a positive mindset is the key to pushing through and thriving.
