Stalls and pasture space available (near Bourbon county/Clark county line...close to Bluegrass Station in Fayette county).We are Re-opening our stable, but we are looking for possibly a trainer with clients to keep it private for one trainer if a trainer has the clientele. We have 27 stalls, some turnouts and pasture space that can be negotiated. Indoor arena, wash racks (inside and outside) tack room, indoor rest area with heater, fridge, microwave and a indoor equisizer (this can also be negotiated due to costs to maintain footing). We would prefer self-care while we maintain arena footing, but will contemplate full care. If we cannot find a trainer with clients that is interested we may begin taking applicants for space available. Please contact me with any interest! We also have an outdoor grass arena space, jumps and an indoor round pen that’s perfect for training! We were honored to board Koford’s gorgeous dressage horses in training including the US Dressage Final Champion Adiah and are sorry to say that we have closed to the public prior to summer and have discontinued boarding to the public due to our change of direction for business. We have horses that we will be selling (hunter, jumper and carriage/trail horses). Our staff is to thank for the wonderful care they took of our boarders...Willy, Fidel, Mario and Don! We had wonderful success to the point of a waiting list. Thank you to everyone who recommended our facility. We are sorry to not be able to continue, but will enjoy seeing you and your horses at shows and even in the news!!
