Celebrity offers much more than simply “inside or balcony,” and some of its room names may be unfamiliar if you normally sail with another cruise line.
🛏️ INSIDE STATEROOMS
The most budget-friendly option, without a window. Perfect for travelers who plan to spend most of their time enjoying the ship and destinations.
🌊 OCEAN VIEW STATEROOMS
These rooms include a window for natural light and ocean views, but no private outdoor space. Depending on the ship, standard, deluxe and panoramic options may be available.
☀️ VERANDA STATEROOMS
“Veranda” is Celebrity’s term for a balcony! A traditional Veranda has a separate private outdoor space where you can sit and enjoy the fresh ocean air.
Select Edge Series ships also offer options such as Sunset Verandas, which face the ship’s wake, and Deluxe Porthole View staterooms with a veranda.
🪟 INFINITE VERANDA STATEROOMS
Instead of stepping outside onto a separate balcony, the veranda area becomes part of your room. At the touch of a button, the upper portion of the floor-to-ceiling window lowers to bring in the ocean breeze.
Some travelers love the extra interior living space, while others prefer a completely separate traditional balcony. This is why it’s important to know which type you’re booking!
