We’re talkin’ steaks 🥩

Two of our favorite cuts: Ribeye and Delmonico.
Delmonico aka “chuck eye steak” or “poor mans ribeye” comes from the chuck primal extending up through the 5th rib. Only one rib apart, the Ribeye comes from the rib section (Ribs 6 through 12).

They share the same primary muscle, are exceptionally tender, well marbled, and make for a great meal on the grill!
