Today we had a fun trip with Calvary Church to Agency Iowa to Chief Wapello Memorial Park then to Eldon IA to the Gothic House and then to Cantril IA to shop at The Dutchman’s store. It was a beautiful day with wonderful people.

On Sunday, November 16th, the bus is headed to Iowa’s largest craft show in Des Moines. Since I know the owner of it, anyone who rides on the bus gets free entry in. It was a very fun day with the Recker Dental group. We had a great time axe throwing and trying to get out of the escape room but we made it and then going to the Exile Brewery for supper. Dr Recker is awesome and has a wonderful group of employees!

We had so much fun with some of Randy’s classmates from the class of ‘74 in Maquoketa. We started with a trip to Effigy Mounds to hike, lunch in Prairie Du Chien WI, a tour through Petosi Brewing Co and then eating at Breitbach’s in Balltown IA. It was great conversation, laughter and fun to catch up with friends and all the great memories.

We had a beautiful day with a beautiful group of people in Des Moines. We took the Calvary Church’s Young at Heart group to Terrace Hill Governor’s mansion, the Botanical Center where we had a great lunch, the Capital and ended with ice cream at Jersey Freeze. So much fun!

We took the Pella girls cross country team to Falcon Heights MN to run in a championship meet. Out of 44 teams Pella came in 2nd! They did amazing and it was a difficult course. Marissa Ferebee was in the top 20 group. On Friday was the college teams and we ran into some past Pella cross country members. It was a fun weekend! Congratulations girls!!

It was fun to be with the Pella Garden Club again! We went to Centerville and toured the Drake Hall Mansion. It is so beautiful! We then ate at Lucille’s Steak and Spirits, went to the Milton Creamery and ended up shopping at the Dutchman’s store in Cantril. So much fun and great ladies to converse with.
