My therapist’s name is God. ❤️
Without His love, grace, and mercy, I don’t know where my life would be today. Every day, I’m grateful for His grace and for His presence in every step I take.

As I see His beautiful creation, explore new places, and make memories along the way, I’m reminded of just how blessed I am.

People may look at my life and say, “Oh, you’re rich. You have a luxury lifestyle.”

And yes, I am rich — rich in blessings, rich in experiences, rich in memories, and rich in God’s love.

With my Heavenly Father beside me every step of the way, I truly am living a blessed life. 🙏✨

POV: stress is taking over, so you take a walk instead. 🚶🏽‍♀️✈️
You don’t always need to sit down and figure everything out. Sometimes you just need to get up, get moving, clear your mind, and let your body release some of that tension.

My favorite stress-relief tool? Walking.

Even if the walk happens to take me through TSA and all the way to my gate. 😂

When life feels overwhelming, keep moving. One step at a time. 🤍
