Attention -Shareholders that pump from the canals Please be advised that pumping from the canals have been suspended effective immediately. Letters have been sent out to all the shareholders that have active pump permits for this year.

Good afternoon all,
Well as expected , the water coming out of Brush Hollow had to be turned off this morning 6/14/26 due to lack of water to use for irrigation. We will be using all waters coming down Beaver Creek to not only irrigate the upper canal but transfer down to the lower canal also to make it as fair as possible for everyone. There are still a handful of shareholders getting a 1st irrigation so please be patient and we will try and get more water out on these fields. Try and be as ready as possible for your ditchrider to call last minute if it rains, not just down here but on Pikes Peak also as that will send more water our way. Keep doing your rain dances because everyone in Colorado needs it right now! Thank you

Good morning all. Just a heads up, we are trying to finish a couple repairs so we can start water on the lower canal. The plan is to start on April 14th, 2026 with water coming out of the lake thru the lower canal. Be ready for water please! We are very dry and need to use the water wisely. Good afternoon all. The Beaver Park Board of Directors decided this afternoon, March 25th 2026 to start irrigations on the upper canal since we cannot put any more water in the lake. Ditchriders have been informed that the shareholders taking water will count now as a 1st irrigation. Please if you have not paid your assessments, come to the office and take care of that. You will not be contacted by your ditchrider if you are on the no pay list. As for the lower ditch coming out of the lake, that will not begin until closer to April 15th due to repairs still being done on that canal. Thank you

Some of you may have noticed that a helicopter is at Brush Hollow Reservoir. They are using the water to battle the Hwy 115 fire. Please view from a distance. The less people out there at this time would be beneficial. Thank you.

Shareholders notice: The Annual Shareholder packets were mailed today! If you don't receive a packet by the middle of February please come to the office and a new one will be made for you. The annual meeting is scheduled for February 28, 2026.

It is with a heavy heart that Beaver Park Water, Inc. shares the passing of Sonny Daniels. Sonny was serving as our Board President and has served on the Board of Directors for over 30 years. His knowledge of the history of Beaver Park Water, Inc. was a valuable asset and his dedication to the shareholders over the years was remarkable.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Daniels family.

Should you wish to attend his service, it is scheduled for January 2nd at 10 am. Location is the Steeple Church located at 701 Macon Avenue Canon City CO.
