Collin has been working hard on the new boat hull design for this years competition. This hull is going to be much larger than last years but should still be fairly quick. Furthermore, we should be able to have much more room for all of the needed components and sensors.

Just had our first qualification run, got our weight of 37.6 lbs and a thrust of 19.4 lbs. Doing pretty good there but as soon as we tried to start our autonomous run our right side motor controller burnt up. Thank God for spares. Our next run will be at 11:30. Will be posting some more pictures soon. Thanks everyone! AUVSI Foundation - Supporting Student Robotics

The past few days in Virginia Beach have been very busy! Everybody is getting their final kinks worked out but so far it has been a lot of fun. We have met some awesome people from all over the world and overall this has been a great learning experience. Many thanks to all the staff and volunteers for putting in long hours to help us out!
