We have been called in to help locate Cynthia (Cindy) Silva. She walked out of her home late Friday night and never returned. Her husband, kids, and family are very concerned for her physical and mental well being. If you see her please call 911. She is very likely having a mental breakdown, so if you see her do not approach her as it may make things worse or cause her to run. Call 911 immediately; and then us and her husband.
