Happy Friday, friends! 😎

This weekend, don't forget The Breakwater will be hosting their second installment of The Mayfly, a series of collective stories where everyone is welcome to share theirs!

Big River Theatre will be hosting Patchouli, an international touring, award winning chart topping guitar duo! April 28th, 7pm. $15 at the door!

The Gene Hommes Band will be rocking The Six String Saloon this Saturday, April 28th, 8pm-Midnight.

With temps in the 60's this weekend, we plan to take a page from the pelicans book this weekend and enjoy the sun ☀️

Last week, Lake Pepin beat out Crane Lake.

With very little ice left on the lake and warmer temps approaching, sailing season is FINALLY around the corner!

The Breakwater is now open every Friday and Saturday!

Is it spring yet?!

As I took a drive early this morning, I noticed that there is NO ice upriver from Hok Si La Park and as you can sort of tell from the photo, some water is showing it's face just downriver from Pepin along the Minnesota side.

Giveaway Time!!

As warmer weather slowly moves north and Lake Pepin starts to show its face with patches of open water, excitement starts to build for the coming boating season.

Though the ice IS melting, nothing signals "spring is here" for we locals like the icebreaker (which is really just an empty barge) making its annual trip down the channel to really get things flowing!

As its anyone's guess to when the icebreaker will make its voyage down Lake Pepin, we want to give away a Sailing Gift Certificate for 2! All you have to do:
