John Deere now recommends changing your AC System during a routine inspection 😂🤷‍♂️
This isn’t normally necessary during an inspection but,
I can do that if needed, and save you money on parts and labor instead of going to the dealer! I won’t change any more things then are needed, and if your system is working, it’s better to just check the system over instead of just replacing the whole system! AC is my specialty. All makes and models. And I can come to you!

Got a sick patient 🤒 an 8930 magnum in for Transmission work. Low gears were slipping and low on pressure. Found someone had been into it previously, and didn’t know how to set up the bearing preload.

Rear main seal replaced in this Steiger today. Very thankful I had the crane on the truck to help pull driveshaft and flywheel!

This customer didn't want to overheat inside his cab this planting season.
So his 1977 IH 1586 now has a new OEM Sanden Magnum compressor, it's lines flushed, new drier, new expansion valve, a clean condenser, clean evaporator and new service valves.
We can update an aged system to work reliably for years to come.

Here's a little trick I came up with a while back, after getting 4 junk cab solenoids in a row from CNH (black china made thing on the right).
I made a harness with two regular continuous duty 45 amp relays wired in parallel. Hooks directly to the original solenoid so no rewiring required. Relays are only about $5 each instead of $50 for the China solenoid.
Works on most Case IH and International equipment. Let me know if you need one. Made in America by people who care about reliability.

Another Case XT loader in for wheel motor surgery.. These machines overall have been pretty reliable, but the cheesy thin bearing spacers inside the wheel motors wear down. The loose bearings cause the motor seal to fail. This causes hydraulic oil to leak into the chainbox. TA Performance & Fabrication hooked me up with some better quality spacers to cure the issue.
