Renting a dumpster vs hiring a junk removal company. After a heavy study on house cleanouts. Shopping around for a dumpster with the industry average of a 30 cubic yard dumpster rental going for 650( if exceeds 3 tons 150 per ton after)With that comes an average of 3 tons. Average house clean-outs range between 5 to 8 tons. Hoarders can range from 8-20 tons. (Ton =2000 pounds)Equivalent.
