Welcome! I had a year long fight with this company and filed with every complaint/government/state/city agency I could. I eventually started a lawsuit (not a civil suit, a special civil suit). I hope to give my experience to you and/or help you if the fraud happens to you.
Most people pay because they need their belongings - whether it’s storage fees that are not valid, extra weight, etc etc. please check here and post your story.
They have been sued and lost multiple times so do not let them tell you otherwise.
Note that the company that contracted him has no liability - but being enough of a pain to them with reviews and pics posting will get their attention to phone Express Movers to get you taken care of.
