Tea lovers, have you tried tea tree flowers? These small yellow flowers blossom in late summer and are harvested in limited amounts. The tea soup is light in color with honey and light herbal flavor notes. It’s such an uniquely pleasant combination.

We got a small, exclusive batch from our collaborating tea farm in Lincang, Yunnan and are now available in our store 🌼🍯

In Fuzhou, the birthplace of Jasmine tea, you can now see street vendors selling Jasmine flowers everywhere and smell fragrances lingering in the gentle summer night.

Jasmine tea is produced at this time of the year after multiple rounds of scenting, a process where green tea base is carefully mixed with freshly harvested jasmine flowers to absorb the fragrance.
