1703 N Howard is up for sale. This was part of the First Steel project was one of our most efficient townhome models. It fits 4 bedrooms and 2 baths into a compact footprint that allows a large back yard. These guys even finished the basement off into a media room and extra half bath with exposed wood walls. Looks great. Uber quiet, energy efficient and so much better built than the average new construction homes going up. Check it out if looking for a new and better home!

The view from the entrance reaches through the great room's 900 square feet to the rear yard and past a modern kitchen with all the amenities, including a long white-pine table Patrick designed that seats eight." - Diane Fiske, Philly Inquirer, on living in in . Today Fairmount Park Conservancy started construction on the first phase of its Centennial Commons project, which is designed to create a more welcoming public space along Parkside Avenue in West Fairmount Park. The new layout designed by Studio | Bryan Hanes will include innovative play spaces for kids and young people, seating and picnic areas, landscaping, a rain garden, and better access to the park for neighbors and visitors to nearby cultural institutions.
