Mid-State Regional Airport

Mid-State Regional Airport Built in the 1930s as an emergency landing field, the airport was originally named Black Moshannon Airport.

It opened in 1940 and was used by military and private planes. From 1953 to 1978, Allegheny Airlines provided commuter service.
