Here are a few tips that might keep you away from the COVID-19, coronavirus:
1. Use disposable gloves when at the fuel pump, do not touch the nozzle or the keypad with bare hands.
2. Avoid touching the door handles, the faucet pullers or the shower atm keypad.
3. Wash hands with water and soap
4. Take food to go, eat in the truck.
5. When signing pick up/delivery papers wear gloves
6. Don’t shake hands, hug or kiss people
7. Avoid using the truck stop laudru services
8. Keep a decent distance between you and other people around you.
9. Stay up to date to the CDC guidelines

If trucks stopped running, there would be food shortages, essential supplies such as medications or formula would disappear, mail and packages will cease, no fuel available at gas station, garbage would pile up. So a big THANK YOU for our truckers who maintain our worry free lifestyle!!!
