Before leaving Scotland, we visited the beautiful Royal Yacht Britannia, originally commissioned by Queen Elizabeth II's father, King George VI. The yacht served the Royal Family until 1997. After enjoying tea and scones on board, we made our way to the incredible Edinburgh Castle.

It's been such a busy few days, filled with unforgettable sights and memories. Hard to believe we only have 2 days left on this amazing tour! 🥺💙

Today we stepped into a real-life fairytale at Floors Castle in Scotland! 🏰✨

Our day began with tea and traditional Scottish shortbread before wandering through the breathtaking gardens. We then enjoyed an unforgettable private dining experience for lunch, followed by an incredible tour of the castle.

One of the absolute highlights was learning how to make authentic Scottish shortbread with the castle's head chef. I couldn't believe how simple the recipe was! Even more impressive, they make approximately 6,000 shortbread cookies every single day! 😳🍪

The kids had the best time exploring the grounds, meeting the horses, rolling down the grassy hills, and flying through the air on the zip line. It was the perfect blend of history, adventure, and fun.

To make it even more special, Floors Castle is still the family home of the 11th Duke of Roxburghe, making the experience feel even more unique and personal. Because this is a personal home, no photos were allowed inside but it was gorgeous and full of history!

These are the kinds of once-in-a-lifetime experiences that become core family memories and another reminder of why you should book a trip with Adventures by Disney. 💙✨
