C3 travels. I’ve cooked thousands of pounds of meat. Tonight’s road game dealt with an uncooperative gas grill the cabin provided. I overcooked this sirloin. Combination of temp swings and crazy kids making me lose track of time, yet it is still tender and the fat tastes like candy!
