Ever wonder why our fern sits on racks in the cooler after going through the dipping vat?🌿

After dipping, the foliage needs time to drain, dry, and cool before it gets packed into a box. The cooler also helps maintain the fern’s freshness and quality during this important step that comes along in a fern's journey!

It may look like the fern is just sitting around... but that resting time is a big part of making sure it leaves our farm looking its best!💚
