A last minute grand piano delivery to Mr. Smalls in Pittsburgh turned into a race against the clock.

Our professional piano movers were headed to the venue when a serious accident brought Route 28 to a standstill, costing the crew nearly 30 minutes. But getting there was only half the challenge.

Once they arrived, the grand piano had to be carefully unloaded, maneuvered up a handicap ramp, around a tight turn, and through a narrow doorway that wouldn’t fully open.

With teamwork, experience, and precision, Pittsburgh’s premier piano movers (Stumpf Moving & Storage) got the piano safely into the venue and assembled exactly where it needed to be right on time.

We just delivered this 7ft Yamaha concert grand piano to its new home. This move included removing the piano from its original suburban home and then taking the piano up a flight of 20 stairs to reach its new apartment! A video of this move will be coming soon, so keep your eyes out for it! 👀
