Driver Position Information:
Job Classification Hourly, Non-Exempt FT/PT Status Casual Part-time (less than 30 hours per week; Work Schedule As needed; normal morning transportation hours between 5:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.; normal afternoon transportation hours 2:15 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.; occasional field trips and athletic events.

• Van Drivers do not need a physical*
Position Summary:
The Driver provides transportation to students to and from the City schools and/or Campuses Monday - Friday in the mornings and afternoons. In addition, Drivers may be called upon to transport students during the school day to local sites for field trips and/or athletic events. Employees may also be offered extra hours of work in the forms of: concerts, sporting events, bachelor and bachelorette parties and wedding shuttles. He/she enhances the company's reputation by embracing customer service as a core goal and by accepting ownership of and adding value to tasks and responsibilities in a professional manner. The Driver performs under the general direction of the Operations Manager and owner.
Requirements:
The candidate for bus drivers must have a valid Pennsylvania driver's license, S and P endorsements and successfully complete an annual physical examination. Employment is contingent on obtaining the following clearances: Pennsylvania Child Abuse clearance, Pennsylvania Criminal History clearance, and FBI Fingerprinting clearance. The ideal candidate must be punctual, responsible, and courteous. He/she will work collaboratively with other van drivers to ensure that all transportation obligations are met.
