GOZO Island Malta

Gozo is the second-largest island in the Maltese archipelago, located in the Mediterranean Sea, known for its tranquil, rural atmosphere, stunning coastline, and rich history, with 40,000 inhabitants. The island is home to the megalithic structures known as the Ġgantija temples dating to 3600 BC.
In the center of the island one finds the Cittadelle built on top of a plateau. Also known as the Castello, was first inhabited by the Bronze Age people, and continued to be used as a fortification till modern times.
Dwejra, is another location known for its geological wonders of the inland sea and the fungus rock.
Gozo offers dramatic cliffs, clear waters for diving, ancient temples like Ġgantija, and a slower pace than its sister island, Malta, making it a popular destination for nature lovers, history buffs, and those seeking relaxation.

Mdina - also known by its Italian name Città Vecchia, Città Notabile and the Silent City is a fortified city in the Western Region of Malta which was the island's capital from antiquity to the medieval period. The city has not spread beyond its ancient walls, and has a population of 250. Over the years the city remained within the walls and economic activity shifted to the new Capital city of Valletta.

Rabat - is a town in the Western Region of Malta, with a population of 11,497 as of March 2014. It adjoins the ancient capital city of Mdina, and a north-western part of Rabat was in the Roman city of Melite until its medieval retrenchment.

They date to approximately 3400 BC. The site was accepted as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1992 along with the other Megalithic temples on the island

Valletta Malta

The capital city of Malta, Valletta, built on a peninsula in the 16th century by the Knights of St. John, is distinguished by its Baroque architectural style, palaces, and notable churches such as St. John's Co-Cathedral, home to the Caravaggio masterpiece "The Beheading of Saint John the Baptist’ Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site, Valletta is among the smallest capital city in the European Union, measuring just 0.61 square kilometres serving as the administrative and cultural focal point of Malta, with a storied past as a significant naval base and a contemporary economy driven by tourism, finance, and electronics. However, Valletta packs a lot of history. It’s home to several Baroque palaces and lush gardens, 25 churches, an impressive 16th-century fort, and many other attractions including the Valletta waterfront, The Grand Master Palace, Fort St Elmo, the National War Museum, Triton's fountain, and Saluting Battery as well as the Grand Harbour where cruise ships dock and hundreds of passengers descend on the city for their day tours Valletta is busy year-round with a Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers and mild, rainy winters. With over 300 days of sunshine, it is one of Europe's sunniest places.

CATANIA SICILY

Catania is an ancient port city on Sicily's east coast. It sits at the foot of Mt. Etna, an active volcano with trails leading up to the summit. The city's wide central square, Piazza del Duomo, features the whimsical Fontana dell'Elefante statue and richly decorated Catania Cathedral.
