Chapman Hauling and Grading is looking for a reliable, experienced Equipment Operator to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone who knows how to operate equipment safely, efficiently, and with precision and can take pride in the quality of their work.
🏗️ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of experience operating heavy construction equipment
Experienced with track hoes/excavators, skid steers, dozers, loaders, and other grading equipment
Strong understanding of grading, excavation, drainage, and site work
Able to read and understand job plans and grade stakes
Can perform finish grading and work to accurate elevations
Experience digging around utilities and working safely on active job sites
Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and identify mechanical issues
Dependable, hardworking, and willing to work as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must take safety, equipment care, and quality workmanship seriously
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a seasoned operator who can get on a machine and go to work.
